双轴加载下缺口疲劳裂纹萌生位置的研究

摘    要:对航空材料LY12CZ进行多种比例和非比例加载试验.分别采用弹性力学方法及弹塑性有限元方法对多轴加载下缺口试件缺口孔边应力应变进行分析,探讨疲劳裂纹萌生位置与孔边应力、应变的关系.试验与分析结果对照表明,各试验载荷情况下最大剪应力幅及最大剪应变幅的分布与孔边疲劳裂纹分布符合最好.

Abstract:Various proportional and nonproportional tension-torsion fatigue tests were conducted on aeronautic material, LY12CZ. The stress and strain tensors on the edge of the notch were analyzed by elasticity mechanics method and elasto-plastic finite element method, respectively. Relations between the site of crack initiation and each stress and strain tensor were investigated. The comparison between experimental and analytical results shows that the distributions of relative amplitude of the maximum shear stress and strain are consistent with that of the fatigue cracks under all tested loading cases.
