改良封闭式负压吸引技术+皮瓣移植在深度慢性难愈性创面治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨改良封闭式负压吸引技术+皮瓣移植在深度慢性难愈性创面治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年1月~2014年5月收治的200例深度慢性难愈性创面患者为观察组,采用改良封闭式负压吸引技术+皮瓣移植修复,另选50例深度慢性难愈创面患者为对照组,采用清(扩)创+外科换药+皮瓣修复,观察和比较两组手术次数、创面感染率、皮瓣存活率、平均住院天数。数据采用SPSS 14.0统计软件进行分析。结果观察组手术次数、创面感染率、皮瓣存活率、平均住院天数分别为(2.09±0.28)次、0%、99.5%、(31±5) d,对照组分别为(3.34±1.04)次、38%、58.0%、(43±11)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良封闭式负压吸引技术+皮瓣移植治疗慢性难愈性创面可以减少患者手术次数、有效控制创面感染、缩短住院时间、减轻患者痛苦、降低治疗费用、操作简单,值得临床推广。

Application of improved vacuum sealing drainage technology and skin flap grafting in the treatment of deep chronic refractory wound

Abstract:Objective To investigate application effect of improved vacuum sealing drainage technology and skin flap grafting in the treatment of deep chronic refractory wound. Methods 200 patients with deep chronic refractory wound from January 2010 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected as observation group.Improved vacuum sealing drainage technology and skin flap grafting were used in observation group.50 patients with deep chronic refractory wound were selected as control group.Debridement (debridement),surgical dressing and skin flap grafting were applied in control group.The number of operation,wound infection rate,skin flap survival rate and the average length of hospital stay be-tween two groups were observed and compared.Data were analysed by using SPSS 14.0 statistical software. Results The number of operation,wound infection rate,skin flap survival rate and the average length of hospital stay in observation group was (2.09±0.28)times,0%,99.5%,(31±5) d respectively,that of control group was (3.34±1.04)times,38%,58.0%,(43±11) d respectively,with statistical difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion Improved vacuum sealing drainage technology and skin flap grafting in the treatment of deep chronic refractory wound can reduce the number of operation,effective control of wound infection,shorter hospital stay,reduce patient’s pain and reduce treatment cost,has simple operation,is worthy of clinical promotion.
