跟骨撕脱性骨折的诊断和治疗

摘    要:我们收治22例跟骨撕脱性骨折。通过对病人的观察与对5例离体足标本的实验研究,认为跟骨结节撕脱骨折容易在常规位X片上诊断。由于骨折移位明显,手术治疗有更好的效果。趾短伸肌跟骨撕脱骨折在踝和足的正位片上显示骨折,保守治疗有好的效果。跟骨前突骨折在足的闰片或Degan’s斜位片上可显示骨折片,手术治疗可获得好的结果,跟腓韧带和跟骰韧带致跟骨撕脱骨折分别容易在踝的正位和足的正位片显示骨折块,保守治疗可获得

Abstract:The systematic study of the calcaneal avulsion fracture has not been reported at home or abroad. According to the past literature and the result of the experiment and clinical materials, We observed that calcaneal avulsion fracture is easy to diagnose on the routine lateral positon and axis position of the calcaneal X ray films. As the displacement of this fracture is evident, the operative treatment is more effective for it. For the fracture caused by the extensor disital brevis muscls, easy to be showed on the anteroposterior view of the ankle, conservative treatment yields good results. The anteriorprecess fracture of the calcanea easy to be demonstrated on the oblique view or the Degan's oblique view of the foot is suitable to operative treatment. For the fracture caused by the plantar fascia easy to be shown on the lateral and tangent view of the calcanean, operative treatment is available, while for the fracture caused by the calcaneofibular ligament or the calcaneocuboid easy to be demonstrated on the anteroposterior view of the ankle or on the dorsoplantar view of the foot, conservative treatment is chosen first.
