| 摘 要： | 曾升海教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎病初多因脾胃虚弱所致,脾胃升降失常是发病关键,脾胃虚弱是发病的内因。曾升海教授将慢性萎缩性胃炎辨证分为:脾胃虚弱证,肝胃不和证,胃阴不足证,气滞湿阻证,湿浊中阻证。曾升海教授辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎特点:调气为本,清热为辅,注重化瘀;组方平和,味多不杂,注重变通;察言观色,因人制宜,注重调护。
