明目汤治疗青光眼视神经病变临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察明目汤治疗青光眼视神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将42例青光眼视神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各21例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组口服明目汤。观察两组临床疗效,测量两组治疗前后视力、视野及眼压等症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为75.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组视野和P-ERG改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:明目汤治疗青光眼视神经病变临床疗效显著,可有效恢复患者视力、视野及眼压情况。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Eyesight-Improving Decoction on glaucoma optic neuropathy.Methods:Forty-two patients with glaucoma optic neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 21 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the g treatment group were treated with Eyesight-Improving Decoction.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects were observed.Their improvement conditions of vision,visual field and intraocular pressure before and after the treatment were measured.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,while that of the control group was 75.00%,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The improvement of visual field and P-ERG in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Eyesight-Improving Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on glaucoma optic neuropathy,can effectively recover the patients' visual acuity,visual field and intraocular pressure.
