益气养阴、化瘀通络法治疗原发性IgA肾病临床研究

目的:观察益气养阴、化瘀通络法治疗原发性IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性IgA肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予贝那普利治疗,治疗组以益气养阴、化瘀通络为治疗大法,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为56.67%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后尿红细胞计数及24 h尿蛋白定量均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:益气养阴、化瘀通络法治疗原发性IgA肾病可以改善患者的临床症状,降低尿蛋白、尿红细胞,具有保护肾功能的作用。

Clinical Research on Primary IgA Nephropathy Treated by Benefiting Qi and Nourishing Yin,Resolving Blood Stasis and Dredging Collaterals

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the method of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,resolving blood stasis and dredging collaterals on primary IgA nephropathy.Methods:Totally 60 patients with primary IgA nephropathy were randomized into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Control group were given Benazepril while treatment group were treated by benefiting qi and nourishing yin,resolving blood stasis and dredging collaterals.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 86.67％ in treatment group and 56.67％ in control group:the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The URBC and UPR of 24 h in both groups decreased after treatment,and treatment group were lower than control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:In treating primary IgA nephropathy,the method of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,resolving blood stasis and dredging collaterals can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce PRO and URBC and protect kidney function.
