张謇"工学结合"教育思想探析

Analysis on ZHANG Jian's Education Concept of "Integration of Work and Study"

In the early 20th century,ZHANG Jian proposed the idea of "Integration of Work and Study" and conducted beneficial exploration in practice,by correctly mastering the essence of vocational education. ZHANG's educational concept was advanced then because he carried out the teaching process in view of the requirements of social and economical development as well as the requirements of students' survival and development,and by sticking to the integration of schools and enterprises,and of work and study. The concept will still play a significant guiding role in the development of current vocational education.
