| 摘 要： | 民族地区民间纠纷具有农村性和民族性特点，解决这些纠纷应该有独特的思路。完善解决纠纷机制时要秉持国家力量和社会力量适当均衡的理念，具体环节包括吸收各民族“民间法”的合理部分，提高司法的纠纷解决能力，构建多元的诉讼外解决纠纷方式，正确处理各种解决纠纷方式之间的关系。
