摘    要:基于应力为未知量的二维通用单胞模型改进算法在保证计算精度的前提下,可以提高计算效率,本文把该方法推广到三维,并利用该三维模型计算了颗粒增强复合材料力学性能。计算结果表明,该模型能够较准确的预测颗粒增强复合材料以及复杂随机纤维分配复合材料弹性系数及其对称性,并且随着划分子胞数目的增加,预测的弹性系数对称性越明显;同时,计算得到的剪切模量与E/(2(1+μ))比相对其它弹性系数比的误差大。

Abstract:An efficient implementation of the three dimensional GMC(Generalized Method of Cells) micromechanics model is used to predict mechanical behavior of particulate reinforced metal matrix composites in this paper.Such an implementation,which can be used to analyze repeating unit cells containing thousands of subcells,is more efficient than original formulation of GMC.The results indicate that GMC accurately predicts the asymptotic behavior of the engineering properties of the particulate reinforced composites.The asymptotic behavior of the engineering properties is obvious when the number of subcells is large.
