| 摘 要： | 患者男,36岁,已婚。大便带血20天。肛门镜检查发现单个、无痛性溃疡;化验RPR1:64,TPHA(+);3年前开始发生同性性行为,40天前有明确的肛交史。诊断:一期梅毒,直肠硬下疳。予苄星青霉素治疗,随访中。

| Abstract: | A 36-year-old presented with bloody stool for 20 days. Anoscopy showed ulcer on left-side of anal canal. Rapid plasma reagent(RPR) was positive in 1:64 dilutions and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay(TPHA) was positive. The patient was homosexual for 3 years and had anal sex 40 days before. A diagnosis of rectum ulcerating sclerosis was established. |
