脑心通胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效的Meta分析

目的 评价脑心通胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法检索1993年1月1日至2011年9月31日CNKI、中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库、中国博士学位论文全文数据库、VIP、WANFANG、Cochrane Library、Pubmed数据库中脑心通胶囊联合常规西药对比常规西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验文献。对纳入的研究进行质量评价和资料提取,采用Revman5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14项研究,包含了1592例患者。Meta分析结果显示：脑心通胶囊联合常规西药在治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床症状改善OR=4.22,95%CI：3.09～5.76,P〈0.01]及心电图改善OR=2.48,95%CI：1.97～3.13,P〈0.01]方面优于单纯使用西药治疗,且差异有显著统计学意义。结论脑心通胶囊联合常规西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗;但鉴于纳入文献质量整体较差的局限性,仍需要大规模、多中心的随机对照研究进一步证实。

A Meta analysis on curative effect of Naoxintong Capsules in treatment of unstable angina

Objective To review the curative effect of Naoxintong Capsules on unstable angina.Methods The document of randomized controlled trials(RCT) about treatment of unstable angina with Naoxintong Capsules combining routine Western medicinal or with only routine Western medicinal were retrieved from CNKI,CMFD,CDFD,VIP,WANGFANG,Cochrane Library,and Pubmed database from Jan.1,1993 to Sept.31,2011.All included trials were given quality assessment and material were extracted,which were given Meta analysis by using Revman5.1 software.Results There were totally 14 trials were included involving 1592 patients.The results of Meta analysis showed that in the symptom reliefOR=4.22,95%CI:3.09～5.76,P<0.01]and improvement of electrocardiogramOR=2.48,95%CI:1.97～3.13,P<0.01],Naoxintong Capsules combining routine Western medicinal had better curative effect than only routine Western medicinal,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The curative effect of Naoxintong Capsules combining routine Western medicinal is higher than that of routine Western medicinal in treatment of unstable angina.Because of the limitation of included document quality,a large-scale and multi-center RCT is demanded.
