摘    要:雄激素减少是老年男性原发性骨质疏松症形成的重要原因之一。本研究以雄性大鼠去势造成骨质疏松症动物模型,观察雄激素对骨质丢失的影响,并观察降钙素对骨质疏松症的预防作用。结果显示雄性大鼠去势后骨量显著降低。骨钙素及24小时尿羟脯氨酸显著升高,提示为高转化型骨质疏松症。形态计量学显示会势后大鼠骨量减少主要表现为小梁骨厚度的减少,小梁连续性尚可,尚未出现断裂及穿孔。降钙素可抑制骨吸收,增加骨量,改善骨结构的异常,可预防去势大鼠骨质的丢失。

Abstract:Androgen deficiency is one of the main causes in male primary osteoporosis. In this experiment,castrated rats were used as animal model. We observed the bone loss in the castrated rats and the effect of calcitonin in preventing osteoporosis. The results showed that the bone mass of the rats decreased signicantly while bone gla protein and urinary hydroxyproline excretion in 24 hours increased significantly 4 months after castration. It is suggested that the osteoporotic model is of high bone-turnover type. Histomorphology of bone showed that the model of osteoporosis was characterized by the thinning of trabeculae in the early stage,while perforation and disconnection were not evident. Calcitonin inhibits the bone resorption,increases the bone mass and improves the abnormal bone structure. Calcitonin may prevent the bone loss in castrated male rats.
