| 摘 要： | 该文通过利用紫外线、亚硝基胍等对里氏木霉进行诱变处理 ,采用低剂量、反复多次复合诱变处理方法 ,用“以 2 -脱氧葡萄糖作为降解产物阻遏物”的高效筛选方法 ,选育得到一株抗分解代谢阻遏的突变株 ,使纤维素酶活力提高了三倍

| Abstract: | In screening of cellulase producing mutant ,Trichoderma reesei was mutated repeatedly in lower dosage of ultraviolet,nitrosoguanidino,and so on.After screened by Selection for resistance to 2 deoxyglucose,the mutant T.Reesei was obtained.The cellulase activity of the mutant strain is four times as high as the original strain. |
