SLE发病中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1变化的研究

摘    要:目的:研究呆溶性细胞间粘附分子-1在系统性红斑狼疮中的变化。方法:用双抗体夹心ELISA方法对25例活动期SLE病人血清和末梢血单个核细胞培养上清液sICAM-1水平进行检测。对部分稳定期病人重复检测。结果:活动期SLE病人血清sICAM-1水平较正常对照组明显增高,活动期SLE病人PBMC培养上清液中sICAM-1水平低于正常对照组,但两组间无明显差异。

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes of soluble intercellular adhesion molecules 1 (sICAM 1) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods:By using sandwiched ELISA technique the levels of sICAM 1 of serum and supernatant of cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from 25 patients with active SLE were measured,and 18 normal control and 5 inactive patients sIL 2R,IL 6 and NKCF were measured at same time.Results:The sICAM 1 level of serum of active patients was increased compared with normal control ( P <0 02).The sICAM 1 levels in supernatant of culture in patients were lower than normal control but no difference between them ( P >0 05).Serum sICAM 1 level of active patients was elevated compared with inactive patients ( P <0 05).sIL 2R and IL 6 were elevated and NKCF was lower in patients ( P <0 001, P <0 01 and P <0 005 respectively).Conclusion:The finding suggests that sICAM 1 measurement may serve as an additional marker of disease activity in patients with SLE.It is important to further study the pathogenetic significance of sICAM a in SLE.
