摘    要:SAS被誉为国际上数据处理和统计分析领域的标准软件系统,但其程序编写复杂且难度较大,对使用者的要求较高。为了更好的使用SAS软件实现Meta分析,Stephen Senna等人编写了一套专用于二分类资料的Meta分析的宏命令。这套宏语言可以方便的实现Meta分析,绘制森林图、漏斗图、加尔布雷斯图、Q-Q正态分布图等图形。本文结合实例对应用SAS宏语言实现二分类数据Meta分析的方法进行详细介绍。

Application of SAS software macros for realizing Meta-analysis of two-category data

Abstract:SAS system is considered as one of international standard software systems in the field of data processing and statistics, however, it required the user has higher capability due to its complex and difficult programming. For well applying SAS for conducting a Meta-analysis, Stephen Senna and his colleagues developed a suite of macros for the Meta-analysis of binary data. These macros will realize the Meta-analysis of binary data conveniently and can generate the forest plot, funnel plot, Galbraith plot, Q-Q plot and other graphs. The authors introduced in the paper how to use these SAS macros for conducting the Meta-analysis of binary data.
