摘    要:为了得到某铁矿采场结构参数和最优开采顺序, 采用Bieniawski矿柱强度设计公式对采场结构参数进行了优化。利用数值模拟方法建立了3个不同开采顺序的分析模型, 模拟了开采现状和下步开采过程。研究结果表明: 设计的“棋盘”方式的矿房、矿柱布置形式, 有利于地压控制、通风、矿柱回收和保护地面的建(构)筑物等;各盘区之间在盘区大矿柱的隔离作用下, 相互之间的影响较小;最优的开采顺序为由北向南开采, 其次为从中间到两边开采;根据矿柱强度设计公式和三维数值模拟分析综合确定了采场结构参数。研究结果可为相似矿山采场结构参数研究提供参考。

Abstract:The stope structural parameters were optimized for one iron ore mine by using Bieniawski pillar design formula for determining the optimal mining sequence. Analytical models with three different mining sequences were established using numerical simulation method, so as to simulate the status quo of mining situation and the following mining process. The research results show that the layout of rooms and pillars designed in a form of “checkerboard” is conducive to ground pressure control, ventilation, mine pillar recovery and protection of buildings(structures) on the surface ground; the large pillars in the panel can lead to the isolation between each panel, so that the influence between panels is small; the optimal mining sequence is determined to be from north to south, and the suboptimal choice is from the middle to both sides. The stope structural parameters are determined according to the designed formula of pillar strength and three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis. The research results can provide a reference for the study of stope structural parameters for similar mines.
