| 摘 要： | 目的：分析乳管内乳头状瘤的造影表现和临床诊断价值。方法：对我院2005年6月~2008年6月经病理证实的35例乳头状瘤患者的造影片进行回顾分析。结果：乳头状瘤是乳导管溢液的主要原因,本组病例乳导管造影诊断乳头状瘤的符合率为80%。结论：乳腺导管造影对于发现及诊断乳管内乳头状瘤有重要临床意义,结合临床特征及触诊检查,可提高诊断的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective：Analyzes in the galactophore the papilloma radiography performance and the diagnosis value.Methods：In June,2005-June,2008 35 example papilloma patient who confirmed after the pathology makes the movie to my courtyard to carry on the review analysis.Results：The papilloma is the young drive pipe overflows a night of primary cause,this group of case young drive pipe radiography diagnosis papilloma＇s coincidence rate is 80%.Conclusions：The conclusion young drive pipe radiography the papilloma has the vital clinical significance regarding in the discovery and the diagnosis drive pipe. |
