摘    要:球团矿链篦机回转窑系统中,含水生球的干燥过程是其中重要的一个环节,干燥过程的完成情况与后续的球团质量密切相关.通过研究干燥过程的热传递现象,采用两段式干燥过程思想,以热量和质量为介质,考虑干燥风向的变化,建立链算机干燥过程的机理模型.根据机理模型仿真出的曲线显示该模型较好地描述生球水分蒸发、与外部空气的质量热量交换等现象,对比显示计算结果与现场实际数据吻合,证明模型的有效性.

Abstract:Green pellet drying is an important process for grate-kiln system, of which the drying condition is closely related to later pellet quality. The two-stage drying is applied, and a kinetic drying model is built based on the research of heat transfer phenomenon. The heat and mass changes together with hot wind direction changing are included in this model. The simulation curve shows that the models well describe the processes of moisture evaporation, heat exchange of outer air, et. al. The comparison shows that the model is efficient and reflects the realistic drying process. It also provides the foundation of accurate drying control and optimization for iron ore pellet drying process.
