64层螺旋CT头颈部动脉成像优化方案初探

摘    要:目的 探讨64层螺旋CT头颈部动脉成像优化方案.方法 将60例头颈CTA随机分为A(常规方案)、B(优化方案)两组各30例,分别采用常规方案与优化方案进行动脉血管成像,对形成图像进行评价,数据经SPSS 12.0软件处理.结果 B组无注射侧头臂静脉伪影干扰,颈总动脉及椎动脉起始段图像质量显著提高,与A组比较差异显著有统计学意义(P=0.00);颈动脉远侧段图像质量两组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.53).B组颅内静脉显影淡、动脉显示质量高,与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.00).客观测量B组颅内静脉CT值降低、与动脉环差值明显增大,与A组比较差异也有统计学意义(P=0.01).结论 64层螺旋CT头颈部动脉成像优化方案,能有效消除注射侧头臂静脉伪影干扰并降低颅内静脉显示程度,显著改善颈部动脉起始段及颅内动脉的显示能力.

Abstract:Objective To research the 64-MDCT brain and neck CTA optimizing program. Methods Sixty brain and neck CTA cases were divided into A (conventional programs) and B (optimizing programs) groups (each n=30), and imagings were evaluated with SPSS 12.0 software. Results Injection side brachiocephalic vein shadow interference was avoided in cases in group B, and imaging quality of common carotid artery and initial segment of vertebral artery was greatly improved (P=0.00), but still the same as group A in showing arterial carotis distal segment (P=0.53). Compared with group A, group B had light intracal vein imaging, clear artery imaging (P=0.00) and lower intracal vein CT value (P=0.01). Conclusion 64-MDCT brain and neck CTA optimizing program can effectively eliminate injection side brachiocephalic vein shadow interference, depress intracal vein imaging whlie greatly improve cervical part artery initial segment and intracal arterial showing ability.
