护士岗位管理与培训实践探讨

摘    要:为探索科学的岗位管理方式,落实卫生部关于开展护士岗位管理的指示精神,结合医院护理工作现状,将临床护理岗位分成N1~N4层,并制定了各层人员的职责、晋级标准与考评原则,同时建立了与之匹配的培训体系,有力促进了护理质量的提升,稳定了护理队伍,促进了优质护理服务的可持续发展。

Abstract:In order to explore scientific nursing management mode and to implement nursing post management according to the guideline published by the Ministry of Health, the clinical nursing posts were divided into four levels, from N1 level to N4 level after analyzing the current hospital nursing work status. Job responsibilities, promoting standards and performance assessment principles were established for each post, at the same time the matching training system was built. After the implementation of nursing post management and training, the quality of nursing care and the stability of nursing team were improved, which would promote the sustainable development of high quality nursing service.
