山东野生枸杞中活性多糖的提取

枸杞多糖可明显改善老年人的衰老症状和老化指标.产自山东省无棣县的野生枸杞,被当地人采摘泡酒饮用,具有很好的舒筋活血和抗疲劳的功效.文章分别以多糖得率及多糖含量为考察指标,以正交实验法确定枸杞多糖的最佳提取工艺,研究提取温度、提取次数、沉淀时所用的乙醇体积对枸杞多糖粗粉产量的影响.采用苯酚-硫酸法测定活性多糖的含量,经实验分析得出多糖的含量为12.56%.
