| 摘 要： | 医院作为最复杂的民用建筑，具有规模大、功能复杂的特点。在其招标采购中，无序是最为突出的问题。通过分析医院项目特点，阐述了编制医院项目的招标采购规划、计划和专项方案能很好地解决招标采购的范围界面不清晰以及招标失败等问题。

| Abstract: | As the most complicated civil architecture, hospital is massive, function complicated. In the bidding, disorder is the most prominent problem. By analyzing the features of hospital projects, the article explains the planning, scheduling and specific scheme of hospital project bidding which could solve the problems of blur boundary and minimize failure. |
