城中村“文化融合”改造模式探讨

通过分析研究城中村的存续机制，指出城中村改造的核心在于人口的城市化。分析了当前城中村的改造模式，阐释了城中村改造应持有的正确态度：保证农民的利益，不能急功近利；城中村是城市化过程中出现的某种现象，它的最终融入城市是历史的规律。最后提出“文化融合”模式，让城中村村民充分接受高等教育，改变其文化属性，并结合近期“自我原位塑造”的改造模式实现城中村的自然改造。

Reconstruction Pattern of Culture Integration in Urban Villages

Through analysis and research on the existence and continuation mechanism of urban villages, this article points out that the focus of the urban village reconstruction lies in the population urbanization, analyzes the current pattern, explains the correct attitude that we should guarantee the villagers＇ rights and benefits but not be eager for quick success and instant benefit, because urban village is a phenomenon in the process of urbanization, and it must be merged into the city according to historical rules, finally proposes the pattern of ＂culture integration＂, that is, we should help villagers to receive high education to change their culture property, and realize its natural reconstruction combined with the pattern of ＂self- transformation＂.
