摘    要:在氮气保护气氛下利用微波加热对转炉钢渣的碳热还原行为进行了研究。结果表明;铁收得率随钢渣粒度、还原温度、碳当量、保温时间的增加而升高。在2倍碳当量、粒度0.15 mm、还原温度为1 400 ℃下保温45 min, 铁收得率最高可达93.6%, SEM/EDS分析显示此条件下所得渣块无Fe存在。该试验为转炉钢渣中铁的回收提供了依据。

Abstract:The behavior of carbothermic reduction of the converter slag by microwave heating under nitrogen atmosphere was studied. Results show that iron yield increases with the increasing of slag particle size, reduction temperature, carbon equivalent and heat preservation time. By adding twice as much carbon equivalent, the slag with a granularity of 0.15 mm was heated at reduction temperature of 1 400 ℃ for a heat preservation time of 45 min, and the iron yield attained 93.6%. SEM/EDS study shows that there is no iron residue in the treated slag. The experiment provides a basis for iron recovery from converter slag.
