摘    要:介绍了基于离子交换除盐工艺的大港石化厂除盐水监控系统改造工程。文章首先介绍了系统基本工艺,在此基础上介绍控制系统基本组成、各个控制系统的主要功能配置,介绍了工程中仪表选型和安装问题。

Abstract:In the paper, the reconstruction of control system for deionizing water based on ion-exchange in Dagang Petrochemical Company was presented. The process of deionizing water was introduced at first, then the structure which includes IPCs, PLCs and field instruments and the function of control system were described in the paper. The selective and fixing on instruments was discussed at last.
