环氧琥珀酸的合成工艺条件探讨

摘    要:以马来酐为原料,钨酸钠为催化剂,双氧水为氧化剂,合成了环氧琥珀酸,并对其进行了红外、~(13)C核磁表征。考察了实验中影响环氧琥珀酸收率的主要因素,如反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量及氢氧化钠用量。综合考虑产品成本等因素,得到合成环氧琥珀酸的最佳工艺条件:反应时间约1 h,反应温度 60℃左右,催化剂用量约为马来酐物质的量的1%,氢氧化钠与马来酐物质的量比约为2:1。在上述条件下,环氧琥珀酸的收率可达 96.8%。

Abstract:Epoxysuccinic acid was synthesized from maleic anhydride using sodium tungstate as cata-lyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidizer and was characterized by IR and 13 C NMR. The effects of reac-tion time, reaction temperature, amount of catalyst, and amount of sodium hydrate on the yield of e-poxysuccinic acid were investigated. The yield of epoxysuccinic acid was up to 96- 8% when the opti-mum reaction condition was as follows: reaction time 1 h, reaction temperature 60 C , amount of cat-alvst 1% (based on mass of maleic anhydride) , and molar ratio of sodium hydrate to maleic anhydride 2 : 1.
