摘    要:在水热条件下,以硝酸锌、氢氧化钠、六次甲基四胺等为原料合成球形、棒状、束状和花状等不同微观形貌的ZnO粒子。采用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等对其形貌和物相进行分析,利用IR-1红外发射率测量仪测量了不同形貌ZnO粒子在8~14μm波段的红外发射率,探讨ZnO的形貌对其红外发射率性能的影响。结果表明:各产物均为六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO,微米ZnO的红外发射率值比纳米的小,棒状、束状ZnO的发射率值比球形的要低,花状结构的ZnO的发射率值最低,为0.673。

Abstract:Zinc oxide (ZnO) particles with spherical, rod-like, bundle-like and flower-like mor- phologies were synthesized by hydrothermal process using zinc nitrate, sodium hydroxide and hexa- methylene tetramine as raw materials. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to analyze the morphology and composi- tion of the samples. The infrared emissivity values in the range of 8-14 μm waveband of the particles were measured by IR-1 infrared radiometer. The relation between the infrared emissivity values in the range of 8-14 μm waveband and the morphologies of the particles was discussed. The results show that all the samples possess good crystallinity with hexagonal wurtzite structure. The infrared emissivity value of nanometer ZnO is higher than that of microsized ZnO. Moreover, the infrared em- issivity values of rod-like and bundle-like ZnO are lower than that of spherical ZnO. The infrared emissivity value of flower-like ZnO is relatively lower, with a value of 0.673.
