基于AMEsim的液压千斤顶优化仿真探究

摘    要:以液压千斤顶为例,以AMEsim元件标准液压缸带有理想终点挡板的质量块模型建模,利用AMEsim中的HCD库中基于几何形状和物理特性的模块单元构建液压缸和负载建模。仿真优化时综合考虑了容积的时变性,管路中的动态特性,液压油经过液压缸活塞的泄漏和黏性摩擦等因素,达到了2种仿真结果趋于一致。仿真表明,只要认真分析,找到系统中影响结果的各种原因,就能利用HCD库进行复杂系统仿真,把仿真结果作为系统设计的重要参考。

Abstract:Hydraulic jack was used as an example.First model a component which has standard hydraulic cylinder with ideal end stop mass based on AMEsim,then build hydraulic cylinder and loading model using the AMEsim HCD library module unit which based on geometry and physical characteristics.The time-varying of volume,dynamic characteristics in pipeline,hydraulic cylinder piston leakage,viscous friction and other factors are taken into account in simulation process.In end,the two simulation results are almost consistent.Simulation results show that as long as analysis carefully and find variety of reasons which influence outcome,the HCD library can be used to simulate complex system and taken simulation results as an important reference.
