基于机液耦合的液压支架仿真分析

摘    要:针对液压支架仿真研究的不足,利用ADAMS/Hydraulics模块建立其机液耦合模型。对升架过程进行仿真,得出立柱上升时柱窝受力曲线、立柱速度曲线,分析出在立柱上升的瞬间,立柱下柱窝处会受到一个很大的冲击力,立柱的运动速度有明显的波动。试验数据表明,机液耦合模型比机械动力学仿真模型具有更高的仿真精度。

Abstract:Hydraulic-mechanical coupling model about hydraulic support was established with ADAMS/Hydraulic module,aim at lack of simulation research.Simulation about a rising process was carried out.The simulation results are force graph of support hollow,speed graph of support and graph of cylinder power output.Conclusions are obtained that a great impulsive force acts on place of support hollow and support speed is fluctuate at hydraulic circuit starting moment.Testing data indicates that this coupling model has greater accuracy than machine dynamics simulation model.
