摘    要:级配碎石材料在荷载作用下存在一定的塑性变形,这种塑性变形在实际道路上表现为在车辆荷载作用下的路表车辙,本文在吉林通化试验路提出的具有柔性基层(级配碎石)的半刚性沥青路面结构半刚性基层的合理厚度范围的基础上,通过弹塑性有限元的计算,提出采用路表车辙(塑性变形)和沥青下面层层底拉应变控制级配碎石层的厚度来进行具有柔性基层(级配碎石)的半刚性沥青路面结构的设计方法。

Abstract:The action of vehicle load can cause plastic deformation in grading macadam, which can induce road surface rutting. The elastic-plastic finite element method (FEM) was adopted to calculate the reasonable thickness range of semi-rigid asphalt pavement with flexible base (grading macadam) to Jilin Tonghua test road. It was put forward that grading macadam thickness was controlled by road surface rutting (plastic deformation) and the bottom tensile strain of asphalt surface course. The solution can be used to design semi-rigid asphalt pavement with flexible base (grading macadam).
