| 摘 要： | 目的比较帕罗西汀和氯咪帕明治疗强迫症的临床疗效和副反应.方法以cCMD-2R作为诊断强迫症的入组标准,用Yale-Brown强迫量表(Y-BOCS),汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS),评定临床疗效和副反应;采用随机双盲双模拟的方法,对58例入组患者应用帕罗西汀和氯咪帕明进行10周的对照治疗.结果帕罗西汀与氯咪帕明临床疗效相当(P＞0.05).帕罗西汀组副反应较氯咪帕明少.结论帕罗西汀治疗强迫症疗效好,副反应少.

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical effect and side effect between Paroxetine and chlornmipromine in treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.Methods:According to CCMD-2R,58 patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder diagnosed were treated by Paroxetine and chlornmiprominer for 10 weeks in our study.The clinical effect and side effect were evaluated by measurement of Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive rating Scale (Y-BOCS),Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) and Treatment Emergent symptom Scale (TESS).Result:Paroxetine were effective in treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder with less adverse effect in comparison with chlornmiprominer.Conclusion:Paroxetine is an effective and less side effect drug in treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive disorder. |
