航行横向补给高架索恒张力系统动态性能仿真

摘    要:高架索恒张力控制系统是海上航行横向补给装置的关键技术,建立了蓄能器式恒张力高架索绞车系统的数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立了仿真模型,对某型国外横向补给装置的高架索恒张力系统进行了仿真,仿真结果符合实际使用情况。通过对影响高架索恒张力波动的主要设计参数的仿真,如液压系统阻尼、高压蓄能器气体容量和补给时两船相对运动速度,提出了相应的系统设计和使用建议。

Abstract:Highline constant tensile control system is key technology of Underway replenishment equipment at sea. Mathematics model of highline constant tensile winch using accumulator is established . Simulation model is set up by Matlab/simulink software. A abroad highline constant tensile winch is simulated by this model. The simulation result is proved to meet the actual situation. The main design parameters are simulated which effect the fluctuation margin of constant tensile such as hydraulic system damp, air volume of high pressure accumulator and relative motion velocity of two ship. System design and operating proposal are suggested.
