二聚酸与酶解木质素接枝共聚的研究

摘    要:研究了酶解木质素与二聚酸接枝共聚的工艺条件,探讨了不同引发剂、引发剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对接枝产率和接枝度的影响。用红外光谱分析了反应产物的结构。根据产物接枝度确定了最佳反应条件为:采用过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)和阳离子交换树脂732#(CER)为引发剂,其用量是木质素的5‰,二聚酸/木质素质量比为0.4,反应时间5 h,反应温度50℃。产率可达85%以上,接枝率接近10%。
