摘    要:针对目前上海地区一种常用的闸门锁定装置进行模型构建和运动仿真,主要目的是根据机构的运动简图和规律,确定相关构件和关键点的轨迹、位移等运动参数,为装置的正确动作提供必要依据。基于各运动部件是刚体的假设,通过Autodesk Inventor软件中的仿真模块,直观展示了直升和升卧式两种平面闸门的锁定过程。综合运用图解法和运动仿真剖析了撑体在锁定过程中的关键作用,并以工程实例求解撑体的稳态位置和可锁定角度范围,为锁定装置的设计及实际操作提供了依据。

Dynamic Simulation of Locking Device in Plain Steel Sluice Gate Based on Autodesk Inventor
Abstract:Model construction and dynamic simulation of a sluice gate locking device commonly used in Shanghai were carried out in this paper. The main purpose of analysis is to determine the trajectory, displacement and other motion parameters of the related components and key points according to the kinematic diagram and rules of the mechanism, and provide necessary basis for the correct action of the device. Based on the assumption that each moving part is a rigid body, by using the simulation module in Autodesk Inventor, the locking process in two types of plain sluice gate (vertical lifting and lifting-tilting) was visually illustrated. The key role of supporting body in the locking process is analyzed through graphical method and dynamic simulation. Actual engineering projects are taken as examples to show solution procedure for the steady state position and lockable angle range of the supporting body, suggestions for the design of locking device and the actual sluice gate operation process are given.
