弧形锁定梁承载力特性研究

摘    要:针对底横轴式卧倒门中弧形锁定梁的承载力问题,采用有限元软件ANSYS和Mises强度准则,分析影响锁定梁承载力的影响因素。首先分析了锁定梁在受力状态下的应力分布规律及不同锁定压力下的应力变化规律,然后研究了锁定梁宽度、半径及厚度对锁定梁承载力的影响,并提出了锁定梁承载力的计算公式。研究结果表明,锁定梁在受力状态下,应力集中现象出现在锁定孔周围及离锁定孔较近的锁定梁端部;影响锁定梁承载力的主要因素为锁定梁的宽度,而锁定梁的半径和厚度则基本无影响;规范中吊耳板的计算公式同样适用于锁定梁承载力的计算,因此实际工程设计中可运用此公式进行锁定梁设计。

Study on Characteristics of Bearing Capacity of Arc-shaped Locking Beam
Abstract:According to the problem of the bearing capacity of arc-shaped locking beam of the plane recumbent gate which driven by bottom shaft, the factors influencing bearing capacity is investigated with the finite element software ANSYS and Von-Mises yield criterion. Firstly, the stress distribution rules of arc-shaped locking beam under loading and the stress variation rules under different lock pressures are analyzed. Then, the influence of the width, radius and thickness of arc-shaped locking beam on the bearing capacity is studied. Furthermore, a formula to calculate the bearing capacity of arc-shaped lockup beam is put forward. The results show that there is stress concentration around the locking hole and at the end of the arc-shaped locking beam close to the locking hole under loading. The main influencing factor of the bearing capacity is the width of arc-shaped locking beam, and there is little influence made by the radius or thickness of arc-shaped locking beam. The formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the lifting lug prescribed in the current standard is also applicable to the calculation of the locking beam, so the formula can be used in the design of the locking beam in practical engineering.
