摘    要:基于FPGA的并行运行、可重配置以及采用软/硬件协同设计的技术特点,提出了一种基于FPGA的片内分布式航空发动机电子控制器设计方法。重点研究了FPGA内嵌处理器选型、硬件协处理器及同步数据总线设计等3个关键技术问题。在此基础上,基于Altera FPGAEP2C35设计了控制器原理样机,并进行了硬件性能测试,结果表明该控制器设计方法在当前的技术条件下具有实施的可行性。所提出的发动机电子控制器设计方法有利于克服当前集中式电子控制器设计时存在的软件高度定制、可重用性差、并行实时任务开发难度大、开发效率低等缺

Abstract:A design technique for aero-engine electronic controller based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)is discussed.Considering that the FPGA has the features of parallel architecture,hardware function reconfiguration and hardware/software co-design,a novel distributed aero-engine electronic controller in a programmable chip based on FPGA is proposed.Three key techniques for this controller are then discussed,which named embedded processor selection,hardware co-processor and synchronous data bus design.As a result,a prototype of the controller is implemented based on Altera FPGA-EP2C35,the hardware performance is tested,and the results show that the controller design method is feasible in the current technical condition.The proposed controller based on FPGA can overcome the disadvantages of current centralized electronic controller,such as poor software-module reusability,highly customized system,low development efficiency and poor parallel real-time performance,and reduce the FADEC system life cycle cost.
