| 摘 要： | 本文报道了芦笋（石刀柏）（ＡｓｐａｒａｇｕｓｏｆｆｉｃｉｎａｌｉｓＬ．）花药离体培养中不同品种、不同激素配比等因子的影响．结果表明：（１）芦笋不同品种的愈伤组织诱导率存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．５个品种中，以ＵＣ３０９为最高达２６．５％，ＵＣ１５７为最低仅７．１％．（２）在同一培养基上，不同激素配比对器官分化的影响是明显的．认为ＮＡＡ和６－ＢＡ为１：１配比时，对愈伤组织的器官分化是适宜的．

| Abstract: | The effects of different varieties and hormones ratio on asparaqusanther culture in vitro is reprotd. The result obtained is as follows. 1. There are significant differences in induction frequency of calluses among five varieties(P <0. 01 ). Induction frequency of UC309(26. 5% ) is the hightest and that of U C157 (7. 1 %) is the lowest. 2. The different hormones ratio in same medium make a great difference to orsanogenesis. It is suitable for organogenesis when NAA and 6-BA are in the ratio of one to one. |
