摘    要:为了解决机械产品的虚拟装配模型在原始和改进设计过程中因零部件特征参数调整或约束关系变更而导致的模型干涉甚至崩溃问题,提出了一种全新的机械产品虚拟装配方式。该方式基于对机械产品功能组成的全面分析,找出与每一功能要素相对应的约束分解并构建合理的拓扑结构,在此拓扑结构的基础上,通过对零部件模型六自由度的全约束实现机械产品结构上的定位组合。探讨了支撑此装配方式的关键技术,并给出了具体的逻辑结构和实施流程。

Abstract:In order to avoid the failure of model reconstruction caused by the change of characteristic parameters or constraints in the original and improved virtual assembly design process,it provides a new virtual assembly method for mechanical product. Based on the comprehensive analysis of mechanical product function,it sets up the reasonable topology under obtaining the corresponding constraint decomposition of each functional elements and gets the assembly result under full constraints of 6-DOF part. In this paper,the key technology of this assembly method is discussed,and the logical construction and implementation process are presented as well.
