玄武岩纤维掺量对可卷曲沥青路面路用性能的影响研究

摘    要:以SBS改性沥青加10%岩沥青和15%橡胶粉为基料,分别掺加0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%玄武岩纤维和适量玄武岩级配碎石配制成可卷曲沥青路面混合料,研究了玄武岩纤维掺量对沥青路面混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明,随着玄武岩纤维掺量由0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%依次增加,沥青路面混合料的车辙试验动稳定度、低温弯曲破坏应变和浸水马歇尔残留稳定度先提高后降低,常温弯曲破坏应变逐渐增大。掺加适量玄武岩纤维能有效改善预制可卷曲沥青混合料的路用性能。

Abstract:Add SBS modified asphalt with 10% rock asphalt and 15% rubber powder as base material, and mix 0,0.1%,0.3%,0.5% basalt fiber and appropriate basalt grade gravel to make asphalt flexible pavement mixture. The effect of basalt fiber content on road performance of pavement asphalt mixture was studied. The results show that with the increase of basalt fiber content by 0,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,the rutting test dynamic stability,low temperature bending failure strain and water immersion Marshall residual stability of pavement asphalt mixture increase first and then decrease,normal temperature bending failure strain is gradually increased. Adding appropriate amount of basalt fiber can effectively improve the road performance of the prefabricated curable asphalt mixture.
