摘    要:通过对寒冷地区典型乡村居住建筑能耗状况进行现场实测,分析其围护结构热工性能。利用红外测温技术检测围护结构是否存在热工缺陷;采用热流计法动态测试围护结构的传热系数。结果表明:寒冷地区乡村住宅门窗、屋面等部位存在热工缺陷;墙体传热系数超标率高达162.92%;单位面积采暖耗热量大;室内平均温度达标率仅为27%。

Abstract:The thermal performance of enclosure structures is analyzed through field measurement of energy consumption of typical rural residential buildings in cold regions.Infrared thermometer technology is used to detect whether there are thermal defects of the enclosure structure.The heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure is dynamically measured by the heat flow meter method.The results show that there are thermal defects in the doors,windows and roofs of typical rural residential buildings in cold areas,the excess rate of heat transfer coefficient of the wall is as high as 162.92%,the heating consumption per unit area is large,and the qualified rate of average indoor temperature is only 27%.
