小坍落度保持型聚羧酸保坍剂的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯为原料,根据自由基聚合原理,合成了小坍落度保持型聚羧酸保坍剂。其最佳合成工艺为:酸醚比1.8,酯醚比2.5,链转移剂巯基丙酸和还原剂维生素C用量分别为单体总质量的0.8%和0.45%,反应温度为25℃。并通过红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱分析了该保坍剂的分子结构,同时验证了其在新拌混凝土中的应用效果。

Study on the synthesis and properties of low collapse polycarboxylate slump-loss resistance agent

Abstract:Low collapse polycarboxylate slump-loss resistance agent were synthesized utilizing Isoamyl enol polyoxyethylene ether,acrylic acid,hydroxypropylacrylate as raw materials based on the reaction theory of free radical copolymerization. The best synthesis process is as follows:the ratio of acid to ether is 1.8,the ratio of ester to ether is 2.5,the amount of chain transfer agent Mercaptopropionic Acid is 0.8% of the total mass of monomer,the reaction temperature is 25 ℃,and the amount of reducing agent Vitamin C is 0.45% of the total mass of monomer. The molecular structure of the low collapse polycarboxylate slump-loss resistance agent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and gel permeation chromatography,and its application effect in the new mixed concrete was verified.
