摘    要:分析PC构件出现外观质量缺陷的原因,不同的质量缺陷要采用针对性的修补工艺和修补材料才能达到良好的修补效果。根据PC构件产品的特点,通过实验得到基础修补砂浆配合比为:m(普通水泥)∶m(细砂)∶m(钛白粉)∶m(减水剂)∶m(EVA)∶m(HPMC)=1∶1.3∶0.073∶0.01∶0.049∶0.002,预制成干粉砂浆使用,可以有效提高修补效率和修补质量。

Abstract:Analyze the causes of appearance quality defects of PC components. Different quality defects must be repaired by targeted repairing techniques and repair materials to achieve good repair results. According to the characteristics of the PC components products,basic repair motor mixture ratio was obtained after experiment,Cement∶Sand∶TiO2∶Water reducing agent∶EVA∶HPMC=1∶1.3∶0.073∶0.01∶0.049∶0.002,which would be used in the form of dry-mixed mortar. This way could effectively improve the repair efficiency and repair quality.
