| 摘 要： | 目的:观察贺氏三通法对偏头痛的治疗效果.方法:将86例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,对照组38例.治疗组采用贺氏三通法治疗,对照组采用口服西药尼莫地平和谷维素治疗.两组均治疗18天后观察疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%,明显高于对照组的71.3%(P<0.01).结论:贺氏三通法治疗偏头痛,能有效提高该病的治愈率,降低复发率.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of He's Santong needling method on migraine. Methods Eighty six cases of migraine were randomly divided into 2 groups, a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group (n=48) were treated by He's Santong needling. The control group (n=38) were treated by oral administration of nimodipine and oryzanol. Eighteen days later, their therapeutic effects were observed. Results The total effective rate of 91.7% in the treatment group was higher than 71.3% in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion He's Santong needling method can increase the cured rate and reduce the recurrence rate of migraine. |
