肝动脉栓塞化疗加微波凝固疗法综合治疗肝癌

目的评估肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)加经皮微波凝固疗法(PMCT)综合治疗肝癌的疗效。方法以30例单纯肝动脉栓塞化疗组(TACE组)为对照组,30例肝动脉栓塞化疗加超声引导下微波凝固治疗组(TACE PMCT组)为综合治疗组,分别对比、观察两组疗效。结果1、2年复发率综合治疗组分别为26.32%、68.42%,对照组分别为68.18%、95.45%,P<0.05,原位复发率综合治疗组10%,对照组36.67%,P<0.05。1、2、3年生存率综合治疗组分别为96.67%、76%、56%,对照组分别为93.3%、39.3%、15.61%,P<0.05。两组患者治疗后均有ALT轻度增高,AFP明显下降,但统计学显示两组间无明显差异。结论TACE PMCT综合治疗肝癌方法简便,疗效确切,能降低肝癌患者复发率,提高生存率,值得临床进一步研究应用。

Clinical Research on Combining Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization with Percutaneous Microwave Coagulation Therapy for Treating Liver Cancer

Objective To assess the effect of combining transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) with percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT)for treating liver cancer.Methods 30 cases of control group receiving treatment of TACE and 30 cases of test group treated by PMCT and after TACE.The effect of two groups were compared.Results Respectively recorded in one and two year,the recurrence rates of the test group were 26.32%,68.42%,that of the control group are 68.18%,95.45% respectively.P<0.05.The recurrence rate in original sites is 10% in TACE PMCT group and 36.67% in TACE group.P<0.05.Survival rate for one,two and three years were 96.67%,76%,56% in combining group and 93.3%,39.3%,15.61% in control group.P<0.05?ALT increase slightly and AFP decrease obviously in both groups.Statistically differrence between two groups is not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) with percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT )for treating hepatoma is simple and effective.The method may reduce recurrence rate and improve survival rate of patients with liver cancer.It is worthwhile to study further and to apply to clinical practice.
