摘    要:基于GIS专业人才目前的培养方式,以应用型高校滁州学院GIS专业培养模式为例,提出了GIS本科教育培养模式。该模式有针对性,并在原有人才培养方式上提出合理化建议。结合应用型高校GIS专业的特点,依据个人特色和目标,将CDIO模式引入到GIS专业人才培养中,有针对性地丰富实践教学内容,注重专业技能培养,科学设置课程体系,细化专业培养方向,重视校企合作模式,注重科研成果转化,加强实验教师团队建设等专业培养模式优化措施,提升和培养学生的专业技能。在此基础上构建的基于CDIO模式的培养体系有效提高了学生实践和创新能力,改善了专业人才技能培养效果。

Exploration on the GIS Major Training Mode in Applied Undergraduate University Based on CDIO Mode
Abstract:According to the current training mode of GIS major, we put forward GIS undergraduate course education training mode, with GIS major in applied undergraduate university of Chuzhou University as the case.Rational suggestions were put forward based on the original train-ing mode.Based on the characteristics of GIS major in applied undergraduate university, CDIO mode was introduced to the professional per-sonnel training according to personal characteristics and goals.Optimized measures for major cultivation mode were put forward, such as enric-hing the practical teaching content, scientifically setting the curriculum system, refining the professional training direction, pay attention to u-niversity-industry collaboration pattern, focusing on transformation of scientific research achievement, strengthening the construction of experi-mental teachers team and so on.Thus, the professional skills of students were cultivated and enhanced.Based on these, training system based on CDIO mode was established, which effectively enhanced the deficiency in innovative ability of students, and improved the training effect of professional skill training.
