| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨枕骨大孔区腹侧肿瘤的最佳手术入路及其应用解剖学基础.方法:在5例共10侧正常人尸头标本上模拟枕下外侧经枕髁入路逐层解剖观测毗邻结构,到达枕骨大孔腹外侧区.结果:应用此入路切除部分枕髁可满意暴露枕骨大孔腹外侧区,而对重要的血管神经损伤最小.结论:枕下远外侧入路是枕骨大孔腹侧区肿瘤的最佳手术入路.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the optimal surgical approach to the tumor in anterior region of great foramen.Methods:The mimic operation,which surgical approach were from suboccipital lateral region via occipital condyle to the anterior region of foramen magnum,was performed on 5 normal cadaver heads(10 sides),on the way,the anatomical landmarks were observed,measured,noted and analyzed.Results:Removing the part of occipital condyle by the surgical approach could satisfactorily reveal the anterior region of foramen magnum,with minimum damage to those considerable vessels and nerves.Conclusion:The suboccipital far lateral approach is an ideal operative route for removing the cerebral tumor in anterior region of foramen magnum. |
