摘    要:目的:以8-甲氧补骨脂素(MOP)酊剂和凝胶剂为对照,考察8-甲氧补骨脂素脂质体(LMOP)凝胶对实验性白癜风的作用.方法:用化学脱色法制备白癜风动物模型,分别用等浓度(0.15%)MOP酊剂、凝胶剂、脂质体凝胶进行治疗,并给予日光照射15 min,考察其对皮肤黑素形成和胆碱酯酶的影响.结果:LMOP凝胶相对其他剂型对实验性白癜风有良好的治疗作用,对皮肤黑色素的影响和对胆碱酯酶的影响与模型组比较, 差异有极显著性(P<0.01), 与MOP凝胶组和酊剂组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:LMOP凝胶较其他MOP制剂对白癜风有更好的治疗作用,为临床应用提供了理论依据.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the curative effect of 8-methoxypsoralen liposomal(LMOP) gels with other dosage forms of 8-methoxypsoralen(MOP)( 0.15%) on the experimental vitiligo. METHODS After the animal models of vitiligo had been prepared by chemical decolour method, the animal models were separately treated with MOP tinctures, MOP gels, LMOP gel. And then, all were exposured under the sun light about 15 minutes. Observe the skin pigment and acetylcholinesterase of the animal. RESULTS LMOP gel had better curative effects on the animal models, and could improve the dermatic melanogenesis and acetylcholinesterase of the animal model. The differences between LMOP gel group and control group were highly significant (P< 0.01). While the differences between MOP tincture group, MOP gel group and LMOP gel group were significant(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION This study suggested that the therapeutic effects of LMOP gel on animal models were better than other dosage forms of MOP and provids a theoretical foundation for the clinical use.
