基于双PMBP缩1,3-二氨基硫脲希夫碱电化学传感器的研究

摘    要:合成了由1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰吡唑啉酮-5(PMBP)和1,3-二氨基硫脲缩合的含硫希夫碱及其钴、镍、铜配合物,并以其为载体制作电极,测试电极的电位响应性能.在pH2.0的磷酸缓冲溶液中,电极对亚硝酸根呈现较好的响应特性,响应斜率为-56.3 mV/,线性范围为3.0×10-2~7.5×10-5mol/L(NO2-).

Abstract:A new polymeric membrane iodide selective electrode based on Schiff base Complex derived from PMBP with thiocarbohydrazide as neutral carrier is developed. The electrode exhibits Nernsitan potential liner range to nitrite ion from 3.0×10-2 to 7.5×10-5mol/L with a slope of -56.3mV/dec NO2- in pH 2.0 phosphate buffer solution. The electrode has the advantages of simplicity, fast response, fair stability and reproducibility.
