225m大跨度系杆拱桥系梁安装施工技术

蒲山大桥为主跨225 m系杆拱桥,主桥采用刚性系杆钢管混凝土桁架拱结构,横向设置3片拱肋,桥面系对应设置3道纵系梁,系梁采用预应力混凝土箱形结构。系梁采用预制法施工,采用大跨度高架龙门吊机吊装。系梁主要施工流程为:施工准备;基础施工;系梁、龙门吊支架半成品加工;系梁及龙门吊支架安装,龙门吊工厂改造;2台75 t龙门吊安装;系梁平车运输;节段系梁吊装、调整。其中,系梁安装时支架设计的安全保证和成本控制及安装线形的控制、系梁安装时钢筋的同轴搭接是施工中的难点。该桥系杆拱桥系梁的安装作业经过25 d时间顺利完工。
