| 摘 要： | 受黄河调水调沙、渠道淤积、上游引水口门引水能力小、末级渠系配套工程不健全、黄河指标用水等因素的影响，近几年小开河灌区引水越来越困难，制约着灌区的可持续发展。对以上因素进行了深入地分析与研究，针对小开河灌区输水输沙面临的主要问题，提出了相应的治理措施建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the piloting water of Xiaokaihe River Irrigation District became difficulty, the influencing factors are as follows. Attempering water and sediment of Yellow River, the aggradation of channels, the deducing of piloting water power, the undound of collocating project of minor channel, the in- dex of using water in the Yellow River. Aimming at these factors above, the corresponding measures are adopted, the well effects are acquired. |
